Good morning! I hope you guys are all having a great weekend so far!! Jared and I slept in until 8:30 this morning, so our weekend is going great so far! Also, we celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday at Chow Baby last night, which is a Paleo-eater’s HEAVEN! Anyway, I wanted to share a recipe that Jared and I enjoyed this morning for breakfast. It was so yummy, that I didn’t want to wait to share it with you all!!
Paleo Peach Bread
3 small-ish bananas
6 large eggs
1 Medium Peach
2 TBSP Almond Flour
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 450. In a food processor (we use a Vitamix) combine the bananas, eggs, cinnamon, flour, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Next, add 1/2 of the peach and blend for about 10 seconds. You do not need to blend until smooth. It is nice to have chunks of peach in your bread! Pour the mixture into a lined bread dish. Top with the other half of the peach. Bake for 30 minutes.
